When purchasing a product with higher price, consumers will devote more effort and time on research to ensure they are making the right purchase and the purchase is optimized. So marketers should make lots of information available and let the users judge for themselves.
Today's consumers trust the reviews, comments, and recommendations from other users, instead of the information provided in ads. They won't just take the advertiser's word for it, so marketers should create platforms that allow people to share and review their products, and let consumer themselves judge the trustworthiness of the information.
